Coco – Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

My Green Coco – Kiwi  Smoothie Bowl is a refreshing & delicious mixture of kiwi, spinach, banana, and coconut yoghurt, topped with fruit, cashews, fresh coconut & hemp seeds.

This is the perfect way to kickstart your morning with an overload of nutrients. It’s full of iron-rich spinach, coconut for healthy fats, hemp seeds to aid digestion, balance hormones & improve metabolism. Then, of course, my favourite –  Kiwi, which is one of those fruits that everyone loves but just don’t tend to eat that often.

INGREDIENTS:

For the smoothie:

1 large frozen banana, chopped

Handful of spinach

2 kiwi’s (frozen if possible)

80ml coconut milk

3 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt

For the toppings:

Fresh coconut, chopped

Half a kiwi, sliced

Hemp seeds

Cashew nuts

METHOD:

  1. place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Pour into your bowl.
  2. Top with your toppings, in whatever manner you like.
  3. ENJOY & GLOW!
