Too early for chocolate?…Never!
There are few things in life that make me happier than the words ‘chocolate’ and ‘healthy’ in the same sentence! Yes, this is oh so chocolatey, healthy… & 🌱 vegan 🌱
This low-sugar chocolate avocado smoothie bowl is extremely thick and creamy, and is literally packed with nutritious super foods. Some may even say it’s boarder-lining on a pudding – Personally, I don’t mind what you call it, as long as I can still have it for breakfast.
My Avo-Choc bowl is full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids and protein. All I can say is beware if you are a chocolate ice-cream fan -This might become your new and improved gelato.
1 frozen banana, 1 regular banana
1/2 a ripe avocado
9 coconut water ice blocks – I freeze my coconut water in ice trays (or half a cup of any other non-dairy milk)
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 table spoons of coconut yogurt
1 pitted date
2 table spoons almond/peanut butter
3 table spoons cacao nibs
Blend until creamy and top with cacao nibs, nut butter and sliced banana 🍌💕💚🙌🏻
