What is a day without the perfect ‘elevensies’ snack & that mouth-watering 4pm ‘pick me up’? Becoming a vegan meant that I had to change my eating patterns slightly, I was never really much of a snacker but I have found that I need to eat more often on a plant-based diet.
I often get asked what plant-based snacks I eat, so I thought I would do a post on my go-to at the moment.
These are my favourite savoury snacks at the moment, I was first drawn to them because of their gorgeous packaging – But when I tried them at Fare Healthy last year I was hooked. I have tried all the flavours but the below are my favourite.
Crunchy French Beans, Sugar Snap Peas, and Black Edamame
I love that these are in the form of actual beans, unusual & very unique. These are surprisingly good & you would never guess you are eating veggies if you tasted these with your eyes closed. I am a crisps lover so the saltiness of these is on point & will satisfy that craving immediately. I usually have these as my 4pm pick me up.
Crunchy Sweet Potato, Carrot, and Beetroot
There are many varieties of veg crisps out there these days, but I really like these because they are less salty & oily than the ones I usually have. I wish they did big bags of these as they are SO tasty & would be perfect for guests!

Deliciously Ella’s Cacao & Almond Energy Balls
These are lethal! I could eat five in one go;)
I love these as a mid-morning snack. They give me loads of slow-release energy that is much needed, leading up to lunchtime. The thing I like most about Deliciously Ella’s products is that you know exactly what is in them and you can always pronounce the ingredients – That is when I know I like a product – Honest & Ethical!

RAW Vibrant Living – Organic Green Supreme Kale Balls
These guys are great as a quick, light, sweet snack when energy levels are slumping. This delicious snack is made using organic raw ingredients that are made at low temperatures, this ensures the nutritional properties remain. These are a great way to get your greens in, especially for those who can’t stand the word kale:)

Squirrel Sisters – Rasberry Ripple
This is my favourite energy bar of all time! The delicious raspberry flavour is what makes this bar so great – Maybe it is because raspberries are my favourite berry but nevertheless, definitely give these a try because they will rock your afternoon snacking world!
